1. Claimant must show:

            Ø   Doctor owed a duty of care to the patient,

            Ø   Negligent in his or her patient management,

            Ø   Result , patient suffered harm,

            Ø   Both liability and causation to obtain compensation,

            Ø   Participant  acted differently from generally accepted standards,

            Ø   Harms may have not occurred  if such approach not applied /administered,

            Ø   Quantum,  i.e. loss of current and future earnings, reduced quality of life, mental anguish.
